I found a cool, new website to help you keep track of your daily caloric intake.  You can look up almost any type of food and even type in your favorite recipe and  caloriecount.com will figure up the amount of calories, sodium, fat, etc. for each serving.  You can log your daily activities also.  Best thing about it is it’s FREE!  Check it out.
