Weight Watchers changed my life! During the summer of 2005 one of my best friends convinced me to go to Weight Watchers with her. I was very skeptical and pretty much was forced to go kicking and screaming. I am not the dieting type nor did I EVER exercise but I decided to go because I was about to reach 190 lbs and was not happy with myself. I attended weight watchers for about two months, collected all the booklets, eating guides, and information that I could. The weight started coming off; each week down 2 or 3 pounds. I decided that with my group of friends and the support of the weight watchers online groups I could continue my weight loss without attending the meetings so I stopped going.
To make a long story short, about a year and a half later I had lost 50 lbs. I have been able to maintain my weight and now in 2008 I have begun exercising, for the first time in my life, and I enjoy it. I look and feel very confident with myself now and my husband enjoys the new me too, (laughs). I encourage any women or men out there, if you are not happy with your weight, Weight Watchers Works! Try it, stay positive and you will succeed.
